About truck tyre  operational defect :

I get called so many times for this same condition. Everytime the user expresses his consern about the quality of the tyre..

After long discussions and there is always signs on the tread surface that indicate the real cause

And driver, well, he never did anything wrong, ever, "I just found it like this"

If you look at the pictures you can clearly see the cut and rip marks, this is clearly a tread cut that extended and resulting in a portion of the rib being pulled(ripped) off

Most of the time we can not tell the user what caused the cut, sharp object is what caused it, what exactly that object was we don't know, we can however point out the result

99% of the times this is an operational damage and not related to any manufacturing defect ..
